Hawes House landscaping was designed with native and low-water usage plants by the awarded architectural design firm Lifescapes International, Inc, Newport Beach (Bellagio, Las Vegas/ The Grove, Los Angles). Five private patios offer space for concentrated work, collaboration as well as meditation, and leisure. Enjoy the scent of Jasmine, Lavender, and Rosemary. Feel the healing energy of surrounding trees like avocado, lemon, orange, kumquat, peach, bird of paradise, cactus, and succulent. Ambient outdoor lighting and under-tree lights illuminate pathways and patios. The gas fire pit spreads warmth and coziness. Enjoy a perfect LA evening!

“Fantastic stay in Los Angeles. This luxurious apartment has lots of natural light and is well-appointed with everything you need to feel right at home. The kitchen is well equipped and functional and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The Phenomenal Aire-natural ionization air filtration is a real plus, especially for anyone with allergies like myself. Parking was never an issue as there were plenty of spaces at all times. The apartment is conveniently located in a lovely and very safe area next to Beverly HillJoe'ss, close to great amenities like the Beverly Center Mall, the Original Farmer's Market, Trader Joes and Whole Foods as well as great restaurants. “Annette and Andreas were incredible hosts throughout our nearly two month stay at their beautiful home. they’ve created such a lovely community of renters and we felt right at home in the beautiful neighborhood. They were incredibly responsive to any of our asks, and were the perfect balance of offering privacy while also reaching out to check in on how things were going throughout our stay. The apartment is very functional and worked quite well for our family, which includes our 9 1/2 month old son. Superfast Wi-Fi made it easy to work from home when needed, and we loved how walkable the neighbourhood is. Parking was never an issue and they provided permits to ease street parking, and our cars were perfectly safe while parked on the street overnight. Feeling incredibly grateful for our wonderful stay, and like we gained two new friends here in Los Angeles. :)

Amazing place! Beautifully done. You can tell a lot of thought has been put into the design. Annette and Andreas were such great hosts. They were there to help with everything and really made the place feel like home. I was renting for a couple months and I didn’t want to leave in the end. The area is also superb.. Safe, tranquil, and quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to everything weho has to offer while also being close to Beverly Hills. Next year when I come back I will definitely be staying here again!
