"We spent a month in Annette and Andreas' apartment together with our 10-month-old daughter. We felt very comfortable there from the beginning. The apartment is very spacious, and there is plenty of storage space. It is equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. The apartment is flooded with light in the morning, and the roller blinds on all windows create a cozy atmosphere. Thanks to air conditioning, the apartment also remains pleasantly cool even at higher outside temperatures. We particularly liked the location of the apartment on a quiet street, from which you can explore the area worth seeing in all directions very well on foot. Parking right in front of the house was never a problem. We enjoyed using the spacious and very attractively designed garden with seating. Communication with Annette and Andreas was very pleasant and reliable. We will definitely be happy to come back again."

“Fantastic stay in Los Angeles. This luxurious apartment has lots of natural light and is well-appointed with everything you need to feel right at home. The kitchen is well-equipped and functional, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The Phenomenal Aire-natural ionization air filtration is a real plus, especially for anyone with allergies like myself. Parking was never an issue as there were plenty of spaces at all times. The apartment is conveniently located in a lovely and very safe area next to Beverly Hills, close to great amenities like the Beverly Center Mall, the Original Farmer's Market, Trader Joe's, and Whole Foods, as well as great restaurants. “Annette and Andreas were incredible hosts throughout our nearly two-month stay at their beautiful home. They’ve created such a lovely community of renters and we felt right at home in the beautiful neighborhood. They were incredibly responsive to any of our asks, and were the perfect balance of offering privacy while also reaching out to check in on how things were going throughout our stay. The apartment is very functional and worked quite well for our family, which includes our 9 1/2 month old son. Superfast Wi-Fi made it easy to work from home when needed, and we loved how walkable the neighbourhood is. Parking was never an issue, and they provided permits to ease street parking, and our cars were perfectly safe while parked on the street overnight. Feeling incredibly grateful for our wonderful stay, and like we gained two new friends here in Los Angeles.

Annette and Andreas are kind, wonderful hosts and have refurbished the entire property to the highest aesthetic standards--with every detail considered and designed for stylish comfort, from the fully equipped kitchen, extremely comfortable beds, smart TVs, extra blankets and heaters, dehumidifiers, hair dryers, and lovely landscaped gardens with fruit trees. Our hosts have stopped by with fresh fruit from their garden and made many other kind gestures to make us feel welcome.The location is on a quiet tree-lined street in Beverly Grove, not far from the Sunset Strip, Hollywood, The Grove at Fairfax, and the Beverly Center in Beverly Hills. It is also walkable to Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Gelson's Supermarket, Melrose Place, and the historic Farmer's Market.We highly recommend this wonderful Airbnb and look forward to even longer stays in the near future."

"Amazing place! Beautifully done. You can tell a lot of thought has been put into the design. Annette and Andreas were such great hosts. They were there to help with everything and really made the place feel like home. I was renting for a couple of months, and I didn’t want to leave in the end. The area is also superb. Safe, tranquil, and quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to everything Weho has to offer, while also being close to Beverly Hills. Next year, when I come back, I will definitely be staying here again!"
